Tai Chi is back for the summer!!

Tai Chi is a set of slow and mildly strenuous movements that improve balance, posture and a sense of well being. It begins with warm up exercises, a brief time of instruction on various moves, then practice of the full set with appropriate meditative music and instructive call by the leader.

There are beginner classes being held on Tuesday morning at 8:30am at the 1st Street Beach House. Regular classes will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am at the 5th Avenue Beach House. Classes will last about 45 minutes. There is no cost for these classes, donations are accepted to benefit Homeward Bound Animal Shelter.
