Adult Exercise/Tai Chi

If you are more of a dry land person, then you might find interest in Tai Chi – an ongoing program through the MRA – slow, non strenuous movements to improve balance and mobility. Led by Mary Jo Solwold and Sharron Lemmer on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Congregational Church, 9:00 AM. Donations are accepted to benefit Homeward Bound Animal Shelter. Schedule is dependent on church activities.
